Hey everyone! Hagara is with child! WITH CHILD! Well no big surprise considering that the two Deathwing encounters were all about avoiding tentacles sticking it far up everyone's... well never mind. Somone had to get nailed. Might as well be her. Anyway launch day... Tyranny starts raid at 4pm, clears Madness of Deathwing US#14 25-man by 1:30am in a fun and pretty hilarious raid. No one's orifices were violated, except Deathwing's. People played superbly and efficiently. What more can a guild ask for on launch day? Grats to Aushion on his his server first.... horny drake? This tier is gonna be rather unique, huh?

Tyranny just did perhaps the greatest thing it has ever done... it killed the Hardest Boss the game has to offer (maybe ever) in a single night, on two CONSECUTIVE nights, in the same raid week with a guild-wide server transfer sandwiched between raid nights. Don't believe us? Look at this and check our world of logs (link on the tab at top). Kills number 3 and 4 in the bag. So Tyranny has landed on Shattered Hand. On Tuesday we had our "Last Raid on Drak'tharon" and made ourselves proud by killing Ragnaros 25 Heroic (3rd kill) for the first time ever in one night (6 attempts). 18 hours later we moved the guild as we have planned for several week, and much to our surprise, our raid ID reset, so we got ALL of our raiders over to Shattered Hand in a few hours, started raid 90 minutes later than our typical start time, and then managed to kill Rag yet again, in just 4 attempts. Tuesday Rag Dies, Wednesday Rag dies. That's how we roll. And if only that was the end of it... but oh wait they're more! Bass (formerly Bassmaster) finally completed his long time coming Legendary Staff on that kill as well! Congratulations man! This fight does not fool around, and to do it in a handful of attempts on successive nights with a very complex (and expensive... all of our members and many retired members came with us) server transfer in between is a testament to the inner resilience and commitment of our entire guild. So Why did we do this? A few weeks before we killed Heroic Ragnaros, we decided it was time for Tyranny find a new server to call home. It wasn't an issue of numbers or recruit. It was of neighborhood. 18 months ago we moved from Lothar to Drak'tharon, and the server was a fantastic move for a long time, but the stress of Heroic LK and then Tier 11 wiped out much of the raiding community on the server. It wasn't a fun place anymore, so we up and moved to a much more vibrant (and vastly lower ping... 288ms to 40ms for fucks sake) home. Tyranny will be on Shattered Hand from now on, well into the future, but everything we do from this day to the day we aren't started with a truly incredible and memorable transition. Well done, every single member of Tyranny. Also very important to note: we're very interested in seeing what Shattered Hand (and other Server) off and enriching our guild with really clutch players who want to raid 4 days a week at a high level. So we're opening recruitment for every class, every role, with special interest in people who have the Legendary Staff. So apply today, and join a guild that can do the above, because how many guilds can really claim they've ever just been through what Tyranny has since Tuesday?

After around 370 attempts, an incredible amount of work, effort and heart on the part of the entire guild Tyranny has achieved one of its biggest ever victories and Defeated Heroic Ragnaros 25 on 10/26/11 at US #79. Although opinion is divided in the guild between this and Heroic Lich King, this is without a doubt one of the most demanding encounters we've ever done, on the level of M'uru, Kil'Jaeden, Yogg+0, and yes, Heroic Lich King. We've had no favors done for us on this boss. We dealt with Hurricanes, burn out, schedule conflicts, computer problems of sorts. Some old faces departed, but some great new faces joined in the course of it. The guild never gave up. It never lost faith! Tweak after tweak, nuance after nuance, breakthrough night and pointless wipe night... the guild persevered, and achieved its historic victory. This was a big f'n deal. Why? Because Firelands and Heroic Rag is the reason Tyranny 3.0 exists. We broke up after four years of non-stop raiding in early January, and reformed in the end of March, all about clearing Tier 11, but with our eye for Firelands being our coming out party. In March and April, everything we did was looking forward to this raid instance. We started it with very high ranked kills (see right), we had people raid on vacations, from Europe, on Birthdays and get their friends over here to help the effort. And it took months. But what a way to finish it, to be so completely back in the saddle, and higher ranked than we've ever been at this point in an expansion. The guilds reason for being, for reforming, has been validated. Rag is the kind of fight that comes along once a year, and is in many ways the best kind of fight because winning a fight like this and hearing the cheers on vent certifies it as truly a whole guild victory. Every member has seen hundreds of attempts and devoted weeks of work. Everyone felt the pressure to perform and the sting of setbacks. Everyone devoted time to up their game, be it healers running every which comp for hundreds of attempts with 3 then 4 then 3 to DPS moving average DPS frm the mid 20ks to the mid-high 30ks. This is the reason why we raid is to wipe, recover and hear peoples insights, then execute a small change, and see what happens until the win comes. The iterative process of strat design, the coreography and cordination is raiding. There hasn't ever been a fight like Rag to this degree, and truly the very best of Tyranny was brought out in it. This is an exclamation point, a foundation, for where the guild plans to go in 4.3 / Dragonsoul. Congratulations Tyranny. We just beat something very damn hard. So what's next? 4.3 and the Madness Deathwing, which will be the next fight like this. It's not over.... it never ends.

Haven't heard from us in a couple months eh? Oh yes, because we were working on that whole Heroic Ragnaros thing (see above). Lot has gone on in that time! Beware! This post has mounts..... lots of them! Most recently, Locktopus, warlock extraordinaire and one of the top DPS in the guild completed his long planned Legendary Staff. Grats man! Exceptionally well earned. Admit it... Invincible (earned here in 2010), Legendary Staff... Warlock... Goblin.... You want to be this man! And like all summer action movies, it left room for a sequel... Sanwitched between these two events was something else long time coming. You see, we reformed the 25 man back in March planning for Firelands, and had unexpected success in Tier 11, clearing all bosses on Heroic, but we never got around to completing the Glory of the Cataclysm Raiderachievement... we simply didn't have the time to not be farming Heroic Tier 11 before Firelands hit. Soooo.... we procrastinated.... and well, an intrepid group of warriors sealed the deal a couple of weeks ago. And all was right in the world.

Really there isn't any coincidence... We got fucked hard by Irene and couldn't do Baleroc on Sunday. The tristate area got fucked, and New Jersey inmates got loose somehow. When we started again yesterday after recovering from the devastation, well we killed the , Heroic Balerocafter a quick 7 attempts (plus 2 nights and change total last week) and then continued to pass the hiv around for a good 20 minutes. We're now 6/7 and US #95, with the long road to Ragnaros ahead of us! Good golly good gosh, a multi-month Heroic Lich King level progression boss! Hold onto your hats! It gets better though! Because we're going into that particular fight well armed! May I introduce Tyranny's first legendary staff recipient, destroyer of worlds, and official tyranny close air support, Skelet...errr Miser!!!!! Admit it, we look pretty f'n badass.

Balls. This is a story of Balls and how to soak them and the 25 men forced with great regularity to move in and out of an angry flaming pussy where the most common raid call was "If I see you standing in the rainbow, I'm gonna kick you in the nuts". So yeah, Majordomo Staghelm died, pushing us to 5/7 and US #74. And here is the video! Next up, Baleroc then this guy for like, 6-9 weeks....
-
Well that was fast! About 3.5 'real' nights on it and 70-odd attempts, and Heroic Alysrazor was killed on Thursday 8/11. That's 4/7 with Majordomo well on the way too (25%). Tyranny, like Godzilla, is fireproof and laughs at the silly bird's ultimate ability! But Godzilla didn't help in the end... we drove him back to monster island, saving Azeroth. And like the plucky Japanese Self Defense Forces, we sent in our pro Air Force (Dxe, Romanko, Miser) to blow the bird out of the sky. And the fair maiden Ayame was saved! Dxe got the girl. Be sure to watch our awesome dual perspective video of it from Bagg (Rogue, ground aspect) and Dxe (Mage, air aspect) that is the current featured video above this post. It's our best movie and really shows every angle of the fight.

Okay, 1080p, not IMAX3D... but still! Anywhere this is the video of our first kill. The bitch dies just as stack 34 goes up. Enjoy! Be sure to check out our 28 previous videos including kills of Chogall, Sinestra, Ragnaros, Nefarian and the Lich King at our Youtube Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/TyrannyVideos!

The news had it wrong. We saved the world this week, not Congress. The spiderbitch Beth'tilac , which threatened to consume, your children like she does her own, has been slain, and what a way we did it! There was no Cut-Cap-and Balance. It was more "Soak-Smash-Smash-Heal-Bite Lip-Pray-Smash-Smash". But seriously... I'm not just proud of the kill, I'm proud of HOW we killed it... 34 stacks! 34! Way to smash it out of the park Tyranny! Another US 25m Top 100 kill! So we're 3/7 and last night did some pretty rapid work on Alysrazor (58%) so we should be 4/7 in the next couple of raids. A video of both our first kill of this and second kill of Rhyolith will be up in the next day. All in all, things are going along pretty swimmingly here at Tyranny. This was one of the toughest fights I've seen in a while. The healing required in phase 2 is immense. The damage threshold is very high. The funny thing is, while our damage and surviability went up by virtue of practice, it was the dozens of tiny tweaks and moving of jobs that finally got the kill. It is strategically simple, but one person here or there makes a world of difference. More than most fights in memory, this is a fight that is won in the margins. Expand the margins as much as possible, and victory is very straight forward. I'm very proud of everyone's work with this encounter. It was really something else. We're also recruiting a few good men of the following classes. Please apply by clicking the Application tab at the top of the page. - Resto Druid (Very Very Urgent)- - Resto Shaman (Very Urgent)-

We killed Rhyolith Heroic 25 after a few nights of work on 7/20! Why the late post? I was in Europe! No Art program! But the guild performed amazingly without the raid leader, and sure enough, finally crushed the kill. Great job everyone stepping up and keeping this tough little encounter under countrol. We recorded our second kill (not our first, accidentally), that will be up shortly. US 86th! We've spent the last week working on Heroic Beth'tilac 25. Almost there.... less than 5% off at 39 stacks on Thursday with some fixes that should seal the deal. Sunday should be the day! We're also recruiting a few good men of the following classes. Please apply by clicking the Application tab at the top of the page. - Shadow Priest (Very urgent) - - Holy/Disc Priest (Very Urgent) - - Boomkin (Balance) Druid - - Retribution Paladin or Fury Warrior -

First night of Firelands Heroics was a big success! US #8 kill of 25 man Heroic Shannox for an overall rating of US #11 25-man (at time of writing, guildox is adjusting). It was the #8 kill in the world, also, and maybe, just maybe the #8 kill of Heroic Shannox 25 in the entire galaxy! Great start to this tier of raiding Tyranny! Fun fight! I asked to be bought 30 seconds to win, and heals bought 30 seconds , no thanks to Priestkitty. You know what was neat about the guild this fight? This is a superb "work the problem kind of fight", and it got done in just 20 attempts. First time we got sub-30, we took home the gil. Here is our video of it! Yes, we're back in a big way. The cup of awesome runneth over motherfuckers.

What a week! As of 11:59 on July 3rd, we're 7/7 Normal Mode during this, the very first week of Firelands! Great job on Ragnaros (US #44 on 25 man)Tyranny, as well as the prior 6 bosses. We really brought it this week, as this was our first, real test of new content since the March reform, and the results have been stunning! Rag wasn't too difficult, the trickiest thing being figuring out how to consistently get the sons of flame down. The fight is very fun, but very "scheduled". Nonetheless, phase 3 is extremely hectic with house-sized meteors flying around, but we nailed that to near perfection in just 2 attempts. Check out the video of it here (Rogue PoV, thanks Bagg!): Before we got there though, we had a very special raid on Friday. We normally don't do Friday raids, but with the 4th this Monday, and knowing we would want to give ourselves a full night on Rag just in case, we had to get Majordomo out of the way. We were prepared to kill him on 25 man if necessary, but reflective of how unbelievably awesome and motivated Tyranny is, we got a 30 person turn out on less than 24 hours notice. And sure enough, Majordomo ate dirt. And then we put out all the fires he started, our own way. But before Majordomo, we had Baleroc to deal with on Thursday. He is one of the most fun fights of the tier thus far, and a demanding healing encounter. But our execution was to perfection with zero deaths and in about 2 hours of work. We spent half the time sorting out crystal coverage, and half the time sorting healing, and in the last 20 minutes, it came together very nicely. Great job Tyranny! You can put your TI-83s away. Unfinished from our Wednesday raid was Alysrazor. This is one of the most fun and hectic fights in the tier in my view, but we walked away with it with a very definitive win. Honestly, the fight is all about killing the chickens and dodging tornadoes. To do both, we brought in a man from the midwest who knows more about that than anyone! Alysrazor was the toughest of the first four, but some realizations we came through after we killed it should significantly ease the "leftover chickens" problem. So that's week one, the end of our first real test. On Tuesday, we had a singular goal: kill Ragnaros before the reset, and given the circumstances (summer vacations, the 4th of July being on a Monday this year and a release week of new content), it could have been a disaster. Instead, the guild showed up, played hard, and had an incredibly impressive and memorable week. Everyone saw a lot of new bosses, gear was widely distributed, and people really came prepared, serious and focused. Putting together 7 new fights in one week when you had no PTR experience (due to the rebuild) is a tough thing to do, but through a lot of hard work by every member of Tyranny, and a focused work ethic, we're now entering Heroic Firelands next week the US 44th 25 man guild. That's something to be proud of. This isn't the end, but the beginning! But that ain't all! Our videos are finally done! Well they've been on our Youtube page for a couple of weeks, but this is the public release. We're really proud of them (as always check out our youtube page by clicking on Media on the top bar. This is like, the worst week for new raiding ever. New content... the same week a New Transformers movie comes out? Blizzard, you realize what happened in 2009? In 2007?! Dear god, the demographic that fights rock monsters and dragons and evil frost kings 16 hours a week is the same demographic that loves seeing robots beat the hell out of each other (this time in 3D). We resolved this though, by being really fucking pro on our buddy Rhyolith here. But that was just at the end of the night's affairs! We spent the first leg on Shannox. And unlike pretty much every other guild out there we did it the non-cheese, right way where you actually have to use the traps to drop the stacks. Guess whose strat will work on Heroic? Yeah. Suck it. Really fun, really well executed! A great start to Firelands! But that ain't all! Our videos are finally done! Well they've been on our Youtube page for a couple of weeks, but this is the public release. We're really proud of them (as always check out our youtube page by clicking on Media on the top bar. In an incredible four and a half raid nights, Tyranny has successfully slain Sinestra in 25 player raiding. What an effort! Truly one of our most memorable wins given all we have gone through this tier. Every raider on our roster invested substantial time into the kill. More contributions were made than can properly be enumerated... big and small. Tactical and strategic. It was a slam dunk for us. Better than a slam dunk actually. Perfect execution, one death, and we're 12/13 since March 29th, with over a week before Firelands. The video will be up very shortly, and you'll see how we've mastered this fight. And boy what rewards did we get! ...and then we found this picture amongst Sinestra's personal belongings. It confused us, maybe even scared us a little. Some said it was misunderstood. Others muttered about profound psychic scaring at have ever seen it, declaring it as insidious as having Wrack cause Defile while kiting Slicers into a bubble to escape Darkness of a Thousand Souls. So we looked at what else Sinestra kept in her lady's boudoir. This is what we found, and what we figured the truth to be. And it isn't pretty. *this was an actual conversations by Deathwing's human form. I swear to god. Google it and weep.

And yes, a bottlenose dolphin got raped too (that was Bassmaster's doing though) So in a very clean, very fast (right as 5th wave of keepers even spawned!), and RECORDED kill, after a solid 5 nights of work we got him down. Congratulations everyone who participated and especially those that contributed! What a good looking kill! So just like that, with a few weeks to Firelands, Tyranny is now 11/13 heroic (also just like that the front page is NSFW again ><)! For what was supposed to be a warm up for Firelands since our March 29th restart of 25 man, this has been an extraordinarily fast and productive 8 weeks of raiding (9th just started). On to Sinestra! UPDATE 6/2/11! We took a detour tonight to take care of some unfinished 25-man business. Needless to say, it went very well. High five team tyranny, and great job throwing this together with zero prep. Heroic Conclave 25 was surprisingly fun, so of our 11/13 bosses killed 10 are on 25 man (all except Al'Akir). Why the wait? Well what would you rather do? Conclave or Nefarian / Cho'gall?
-
Whose balls are being put through a blender now? Yes. Liquidifed Al'Akir tastes like Strawberry Smoothie (get it? Sweet! HAHhahAHaHAHaa I'm funny). Congratulations to the squad that got the kill, everyone else who has put in attempts on this SoB the last 3 Mondays and Mother's Day, and really knows why this fight sucks nuts, and to the entire guild who supported them and volunteered! Tyranny is now 10/13 heroic! And just like that, all thats left before is us Cho'gall, Sinestra and Ascendant Council! Looks like that line in hell (see below) just got one boss..err.. longer...
-
After after a ton of dedicated work, we beat this bitch of a fight in 81 total attempts (about half the average for guilds out there) and a near flawless kill, and much to our surprise, we spent the rest of the night getting sloshed on margaritas, Dos Equis, hot latina girls, and downed chips and guacamole like there was no tomorrow. That's 9/13 heroic now, in just 6 weeks of starting 25 mans again. Special recognition to Crapn for an absurdly stupendous kiting job for 5 minutes straight, and the healing squad (Sollar, Ladigaga, Briss, Lyarii, Afflaq, Valendas, Komma) for really tackling this fight and making healing / cooldowns on Crapn, Phearun and Goldleader and electrocute recovery seem effortless. We're all extremely impressed. There is so many accolades to go out... smart key plays and the pretty much the whole guild put a lot of attempts in on this guy. Big win for Team Tyranny. Next up Cho'gall! But wait, that's not the whole story. Nef's body mysteriously vanished during the after party. What the hell happened to it?

This is our video of our second Omnitron 25 Hard Mode kill from April 20th! This video is from Nytsuas (discipline priest) perspective. This kill is unique we feel because the activation order we got was pretty much the hardest the fight has to offer (see what we have to deal with around when Toxitron becomes active, twice). It was a messier end than our first kill (where no one died), but considering how hard the fight was this go around, it was more rewarded. Enjoy! We have a bunch of videos incoming over the next few days. So check our Youtube channel often!

The world is a funny place. Thirteen months ago, Tyranny was on Lothar, working on Saurfang Heroic and getting frustrated with the horrible server lag and queues. It was no way to have a raiding guild, and no way to progress. After a lot of research we resolved to transfer the guild, en masse to Drak'tharon. When Drak became aware of our intentions of transferring, we received many apps, one of them was from a Disc Priest in Aggression, and thinking we were hot shit in a good situation, we declined him. Fast forward a week when we arrived, and the floor had fallen through - approximately half our healers decided to stay on Lothar, and we were in a horrible spot, having just asked the guild to spend hundreds of dollars to move to a better raiding environment, but now having only five healers in Tyranny. We decided to change our mind, and recruit that Discipline Priest. That was the first time, but far from the last, Nytsua saved the guild. Today is the last day we're going to be seeing Nyt for a while. He's off to start a new life in the US Military, where he will apply his creative mind, his sharp wit and his hard work to a goal farm more important than slaying dragons. Its a tremendously melancholy affair. We're so happy and proud, as a guild, what our friend is about to do, but we're going to miss him terribly. Nyt has become, in the past year, a big part of the soul of the guild. Throughout all of Wrath up to March of last year, we had a very difficult time building the healing team we needed. Nyt solved that with patience, a deep understanding of every class, and the confidence of every member of the healing team. This is no small compliment: we had healing leads and healing team turn over at a tremendous rate before him, and soon after he took the position, Healing went from becoming the guild liability to the guild's most potent asset. That leadership is his greatest accomplishment here. And the most wonderful part about it is that he had no sense of entitlement about it. Long before he officially had to position, it was clear he was the natural and consensus choice of the healers - they respected him that much and voted for him unanimously. Other players in that position could have acted like a prince with their newfound power (and indeed many of his predecessors did). He did not. He sent me a forum PM, that I still have, telling me how humbled he was that the healers expressed their confidence in him in such a way, how he didn't think he was a good fit for it, but that he would do his best to make them and me proud. And that's Nyt. Intensely talented, ferociously aggressive as a player, respected by his peers, but a modest man who always thinks of others He was instrumental in every single difficult ICC Hard Mode, from Saurfang to Lich King Heroic himself, which he'll say was an easy job, but I know so few players could have provided the indispensable disc priest role that he did. We mastered that fight, and all 18 consecutive victories, in no small part because he was there. He never lost faith in what we were doing, even when we hit serious walls. He organized the expansion of our healing roster between expansions, and lead us to about a dozen US Top 30 (most US top 20) kills of Cataclysm content, and all eight of our Tier 11 heroics. Many of our movies (with more coming tonight) are from his perspective. Nearly all of our healing strats were designed by him. He leveled alts just to tank and play with people in a non-raid setting and, with the launch of Cata, run heroics to help them get geared and rep. And there are really few players, to be frank, that you can say that we won simply because they were there. Rehn and Kimah were two. Zergg and Onipallo are others. Warschild and Foker come to mind as well. But if anyone deserves that accolade, it is Nytsua, who whether it being making a clutch play (more than I can count) or working out some healing issue in healer chat, he acted in a capacity that the guild as a whole, and me as GM was lucky to have for one month, let alone thirteen. As Nyt goes on to his new career and new opportunities that he's well prepared for and going to shine every so brightly in, he leaves behind a revitalized guild that has killed 8 hard modes in 3 weeks, one that he helped rebuild from a rough spot twice, and lead to a long list of victories that is a testament to who he is as a person. To think, we would never have met him if we decided to have toughed it out on Lothar. As I said, the world works in funny ways. So tonight, we bid not a farewell, but a see you later, to our dear friend who is going to be missed in a way that his very hards to sufficiently put into words. We all hope you'll find your way back here, to your second family. Take care of yourself, and be safe! And do try to chain life grip your Drill Sergeant.
-
The cloud grips are too damn cheap! The flamethrow hits too damn hard! The lightning conductor is too damn hard to notice! The fight is too damn RNG-y! And the rent is too damn high! Fortunately, we're not bitches, so we dealt with it! That's 8/13 heroic in 2 weeks and 2 days. Dead by 8:55 on Wednesday. All hail Blackatron!
-
We did it! Six right nights, six heroic bosses down...Valiona and Theralion are dead! Took about 18 total attempts, way less than the ~50 or so its been taking most guilds since 4.0.6 and comfortably within our average number of attempts to get a boss down. And what did we get for our trouble? THREE Theralion's Mirror, so Mega, Blessid and Danaros can all see their inner Edward. Video coming soon! So what was the secret? Smart play and three good rogues. Vlaid, Foker and Bagg Hello-Kitty-Backpacked us all the way to victory. Oh and I guess our shadow priests did a little DPS too. So that caps one of the most incredible weeks in Tyranny history. We knew this reform would be good. But six heroics in less than 24 hours? That's a good start if I've ever seen one! The rest of this raid week we're going to be getting heroic kills of the remaining BWD bosses we have up, and with time left over, start working on Nefarian!
-
So last night we killed Magmaw 25 Heroic, making us 6/12 Heroic and having killed five different 25 man hard modes in less than 20 hours of raiding 25 mans again. How'd it go? Well... we had an option between going right and going left. We chose "right". That lead to 3 hours of a ridiculously overcomplicated, complex strat that was just pissing off people (me first and foremost, I had to call the fucking thing). So we decided to to choose "left". That very same pull, we killed the boss. Moral of the story? This new, fresh Tyranny doesn't require over-designed strats. They're too damn good for that shit. Message received loud and clear guys! Tonight, hopefully, we'll kill our 7th Heroic 25 raid boss in as many raid nights. But before then, I'm gonna go make some dinner.
-
Maloriak 25-player Heroic died in about an hour. This happened. We're still pondering the philosophical implications of this. But the pot-o-gold was filled with many wondrous things. So at the end of week 1, We're four for four on heroics (out of five total)! But that was not the night's only events, for Nefarian was downed! No big deal you say? Well it was the first since the reform, first for a third the group and a new strat for two thirds, so fuck you I say! Don't worry, I'm going to hell for this one. ALSO something bears notice. At long last, this Sunday marked the retirement of Tyranny's longest serving member: Ebnuszen. Eb has been a member of Tyranny, and its direct predecessors Ruin and Demolition, playing almost without pause since WoW was launched in 2004. He has killed nearly every single boss in that time, as both tank for the first 4 years and DPS for the last 2. The list of his accomplishments is the entire list of Tyranny's success. I'll never forget my first night raiding with him on Vashj, or Kael'thas, or being the "26th man" caller on Brutallus, or tanking a door on M'uru, so on and so forth, through Nax, Ulduar, ToGC, ICC, Lich King and this expansion. And there is more I don't know, success he had with this guild years before I joined when Draveth was GM. The more I think about it, the sadder it makes me (I hate change). Eb was there, pretty much every night, for years, and there are only a handful of people I've played with longer. This is the closing of an era. Good luck Eb! I hope you'll find your way back! More than anyone else that has ever had this tag, you are Tyranny.

Okay so our April Fools confused everyone who didn't mouseover the image (which was a lot, and since you can't on phones and such....yeah lol). In any event, here we are. 3 Days in, 3 twenty-five man heroics down (Atramedes), with Maloriak on the way. Hat trick! It was he majority of the raid's first kill and came in 14 attempts after about 90 minutes of dodging WoW-wrenches. What a way to start our 25 man! We're quickly revving up operations here. Let's see what we do on Sunday, our 4th raid! ON A COMPLETELY UNRELATED NOTE: Congrats to our old friend and Holy Pally Booger from graduating from Bootcamp yesterday! We figure her Heroic Lich King 25 healing experience is going to make her a world class Navy Corpsman. Hopefully, she won't have to bubble and break ice-orbs in any combat situation though. And yes, that's Booger on the first of Tyranny's 18 consecutive Invincibles! P.S.: The April Fools Front page can be found here
-
Chimaeron, Heroic Boss #2 down after 9 minutes on Day 2! Our guild mascot carried us to victory. That's how Tyranny 3.0 rolls. First kill for all but a few people in the raid at that. Excellent job everyone. Two days down, with substantial work (sub 20%) on Maloriak too, with just Atramedes and Conclave left!
